Get fitter and healthier with us - this is the ultimate membership which entitles you to unlimited access to our gym, spa and classes. Also included:

  • A free personal training session with a qualified personal trainer
  • A free exercise and nutrition programme
  • A free MOT health check
  • 2 x weekend gym and spa pass for friends and family (once a month)
  • 12 month minimum contract

Off-Peak Gym Membership – £22.99

  • This membership entitles the member to use the gym weekdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
  • Minimum 12 month contract

Off-Peak Gym Membership - £27.99 NO CONTRACT

  • This membership entitles the member to use the gym weekdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
  • No minimum contract , 30 day notice period for cancellation

Peak Gym Membership – £24.99

  • Members in this membership category can use the gym anytime during our opening hours.
  • Minimum 12 month contract

 Peak Gym Membership - £29.99 NO CONTRACT

  • Members in this membership category can use the anythime during our opening hours.
  • No minimum contract, 30 day notice period for cancellation

We are running a wide variety of exercise classes in order to cater for the needs of our customers. We have the perfect fit whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or enhance your fitness and mental focus.                                                                                                                                    

  • 1 x Class per week £14.99  entitles members to participate in any 1 class per week*
  • 2 x Classes per week £24.99  entitles members to participate in any 2 classes per week*
  • 3 x Classes per week £29.99  entitles members to participate in any 3 classes per week*
  • Unlimited Classes  £34.99  entitles members to participate in any number of classes per week*
