Vince Sessegnon
I have been interested in sport, health and fitness for as long as I can remember. As a teenager I competed internationally representing the GB and England I.T.F Taekwondo teams until sustaining hip and knee injuries which prevented me from competing. However, through my knowledge of different training and rehabilitation modalities I have been able to resolve those issues, and I am now able to pursue my passion for martial arts and still compete today. Since training at the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage in 2002, I have completed professional courses and attended numerous seminars that have enabled me to keep up to date with current research, techniques and approaches for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Over the years I have had the privilege of helping many people manage their aches and pains. I pride myself on being able to draw upon both my professional experience and formal training to provide both effective and individualised treatment.
