My philosophy
 
It is my belief that everyone has the potential to excel. I simply use my years of academic and industry experience to tap into that potential; providing the information, motivation and attitude you need to succeed in achieving your health and fitness goals.
 
Specialisation 

Ken is a fully-qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and massage therapist. He currently holds a level 8 Honours Degree in exercise physiology and a diploma in sports Psychology. His areas of expertise include proprioceptive training, Injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports specific training and high intensity weight loss training.

My philosophy

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist I have worked in Oxford for more than 10 years helping hundreds of people manage their aches and pains and achieve their fitness goals. During this time, I have attended seminars and completed numerous professional courses that have enabled me to keep up to date with current research and techniques.

Vince is an experienced sports massage therapist who prides himself on being able to offer effective personalised treatments.
 
Holding full membership with leading massage association he’s bound by a strict code of conduct which ensures treatment and professionalism of the highest quality.
