Meet our personal trainer - Benjamin Naylor
For me training is not just about the physical gains, it is a way of improving your life and mentality. Confidence, self esteem, reduced stress and motivation are just some of the benefits exercise can bring and do not forget the great body that comes with it.
One of the reasons I became a personal trainer was so I could help people improve their mentality and show them the different aspects of experience. As I have experienced this myself, I would like to work with people who are dedicated to being the best they can be as I am dedicated to get results.
Ben holds a diploma in advanced personal training and has also gained a diploma in strength & conditioning from Bath University. Adding to this, he has trained with the head coach of Great Britain weightlifting team who is regarded as the best in the country. And he is working with some of the best in the industry. Ben works with range of clients, ranging from the complete beginner to the professional athlete.

Meet our personal trainer - Vince Sessegnon
Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist I have worked in Oxford for more than 10 years helping hundreds of people manage their aches and pains and achieve their fitness goals. During this time, I have attended seminars and completed numerous professional courses that have enabled me to keep up to date with current research and techniques.
Vince is an experienced sports massage therapist who prides himself on being able to offer effective personalised treatments.
Holding full membership with leading massage association he’s bound by a strict code of conduct which ensures treatment and professionalism of the highest quality.

Dagny started her career with dance. She got her dance qualifications from Poland and Liechtenstein. And she furthers her training in USA where she took classes with top class teachers. Her area of expertise includes deep tissue core work, strength and toning, postural correction, flexibility and fat loss.
