Meet our personal trainer - Ken McGeough Bsc

Ken is a fully-qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and massage therapist. He currently holds a level 8 Honours Degree in exercise physiology and a diploma in sports Psychology. His areas of expertise include proprioceptive training, Injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports specific training and high intensity weight loss training.
