Direct debit memberships: 

Freezing is really easy at Feel Fit gym; however there are some terms and conditions that apply. You must make a request to freeze your membership in writing to feelfitgym@servicetsg.com.  Your request must be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. For direct debit memberships there is a £5 fee per month that you free (unless medical related) and you can freeze for a minimum of 1 month. If you are freezing your membership for a medical reason we can apply a free freeze to your account as long as you provide proof of this.

Flexi saver plans:

Your request must still be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. There is no charge for freezing with flexi saver memberships and you can freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks.

We sell day passes which gives you full access to the facilities including the spa area. You can buy this online or pay at reception.

We are above the Co-op Supermarket. Head towards the entrance of the Templars Square shopping Center, we are to the right of the entrance and opposite the Wilko Store.

We offer a 10% discount to students, NHS and various other corporate businesses.

To book a class, please use the app and click on ‘classes’ at the bottom of the screen. You can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance. Please ensure any classes you cannot attend are cancelled with at least 1 hours notice from the class start time to ensure the next person on the waiting list can get a space. If you do not cancel a class you cannot attend you will get a strike added to your account. 3 strikes will result in you not being able to book classes for 2 weeks.

We provide lockers in all of our changing rooms. You will need to bring your own padlock or purchase one from us. 

We offer free wifi in all areas of the gym. This is complimentary with your membership.

Our opening times are listed below:

Mon – Friday: 5:30 – 23:00

Weekends: 8:00 – 22:00

Spa area closes an hour before closing time.

There is three hours free parking at the retail park which is across the road from Feel Fit Gym.

It is about a 3 minute walk from the retail park to get to the gym.
