Direct debit memberships: 

Freezing is really easy at Feel Fit gym; however there are some terms and conditions that apply. You must make a request to freeze your membership in writing to memberships@feelfitgym.com.  Your request must be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. For direct debit memberships there is a £5 fee per month that you free (unless medical related) and you can freeze for a minimum of 1 month. If you are freezing your membership for a medical reason we can apply a free freeze to your account as long as you provide proof of this.

Flexi saver plans:

Your request must still be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. There is no charge for freezing with flexi saver memberships and you can freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Please email us on memberships@feelfitgym.com with 30 days notice and the membership team will get back to you within 3-5 working days. Please note you will receive an automated response to your email. This is not confirmation of your cancellation and you must wait for a member of the team to respond to your email for confirmation.

No problem, get in touch with our membership team by emailing memberships@feelfitgym.com and we’ll come back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively you can speak to a member of the team at the gym.

To enter the gym you must download the ‘Feel Fit Gym’ app and use the check in feature by scanning the QR code on the reader. To exit please repeat the process; ensuring you have generated a new QR code. If the reader will not scan the QR code please ensure your screen brightness is turnt up.

To book a class, please use the app and click on ‘classes’ at the bottom of the screen. You can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance. Please ensure any classes you cannot attend are cancelled with at least 1 hours notice from the class start time to ensure the next person on the waiting list can get a space. If you do not cancel a class you cannot attend you will get a strike added to your account. 3 strikes will result in you not being able to book classes for 2 weeks.

Absolutely! You can either upgrade or downgrade your membership by sending an email to memberships@feelfitgym.com with at least 2 weeks’ notice from your next payment date.

Not to worry, if you encounter a problem with your direct debit you can either speak with a member of the team when you next visit the gym, give us a call on 01865 711333 (we can take payments over the phone if you have missed a payment) or you can drop us an email to memberships@feelfitgym.com.

Yes, all items are kept on site for 1 week. Unfortunately, after we will have to dispose of items which have not been claimed. Please speak to reception if you lose something in the facility.
