Direct debit memberships:
Freezing is really easy at Feel Fit gym; however there are some terms and conditions that apply. You must make a request to freeze your membership in writing to feelfitgym@servicetsg.com. Your request must be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. For direct debit memberships there is a £5 fee per month that you free (unless medical related) and you can freeze for a minimum of 1 month. If you are freezing your membership for a medical reason we can apply a free freeze to your account as long as you provide proof of this.
Flexi saver plans:
Your request must still be emailed in a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the freeze start date. There is no charge for freezing with flexi saver memberships and you can freeze for a minimum of 2 weeks.
