My specialisation here at FeelFit Gym is Body transformation, If your goal is to gain muscle or lose body fat, I am your guy! I first found myself in the gym in 2012, I was always the smallest guy in my group of friends. I had a goal and was to get myself fit and strong enough to join the British Army, so in 2013 enlisted to join The Rifles. Towards the end of my Military career, I had to have a knee operation and since then it has been a rollercoaster of journey, including breaking the leg first day off crutches. I left the British Army in Feb 2018. I was lucky to have the chance to go to a military rehabilitation centre for 6 weeks and this is where a lightbulb in my head lit. I want to help people reach their own fitness goals. No matter the barrier/hurdles!

With overcoming my own personal hurdles, and the knowledge and experience I have, I will help you overcome yours! I will motivate you and help every step of the way! I am an extremely easy going guy, and will constantly be motivating you throughout! During our time together you will gain the knowledge and confidence to be able to enter the gym on your own, knowing exactly what you are doing and why! Making it easier to keep the weight off and maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle.
