Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

I am an easy going guy, who is enthusiastic about the gym and fitness. I love to share my knowledge with others, to help them become fitter, stronger and healthier human beings. I grew up in Oxford, but in 2012 I left for 5 years and joined the army.

However with my passion for fitness growing, I left in 2018 and became a personal trainer at Feel Fit Gym. I love a challenge, and I love competition. I have competed in a variety of sports, from football, to sea swimming in Ireland and Skiing in France.

On August 14th 2021; I’m going to be flipping a 165kg tyre up Pen Y Fan which is the southern UKs highest peak! I believe that in order to grow (physically and mentally) we need to be outside of our comfort zone. I know it can be scary, but if the gym is something out of your comfort zone, you can guarantee I will be with you every step of the way!
