Personal Trainer

Becoming a trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. In 2008 I started work in the fitness industry, teaching group classes, and then I got my Personal Training qualification to help people achieve there individual goals.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years. I have learned a lot through my own hard workout and studies. I am truly blessed to be able to use my skills to encourage individuals reach they goals and start or maintain a healthy life to reduce risks of diseases.

Something you may not know about me:

As a kid my brother and i made a competition to drink vinegar from the bottle. The competition ended in vomiting but I was the winner. Do I hate vinegar now? No, I still like it but I’m not up for another competition anymore.
