Personal Trainer/ Sports Massage Therapist

I have integrated my knowledge in personal training and sports massage into practical training techniques that optimise recovery and eliminate the risk of injury. I achieve fantastic results with all of my clients and am especially successful with those new to training, people that haven’t trained for a while and anyone with injuries/postural issues.

Why I do this:

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2013, I have worked with a huge range of clients and have many thousands of hours of 1-1 training under my belt. My clients are the reason I love this job, more now than the day I started. Many of the amazing people I work with become friends and feel like family.

We work together to find the best way to train for them and everyone is treated as an individual so there is no generic approach to any new client I meet. I am fascinated by movement and the impact it can have on peoples’ lives.
