I’m an easy going guy, but one who’s serious about training and nearly anything to do with it. I appreciate that ultimately when it comes to working out, most people want the same thing-to look, feel better and move better.
I also understand that everyone has other commitments that make dedicating the time they would like to health and fitness difficult, so I try my best to make sure we work out realistic training plans so that we achieve your objectives in an efficient and fun way. I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer since 2001 and am also a registered Osteopath. Essentially that means that if you have a postural or sports injury, I am legally qualified to diagnose your issue.
Don’t worry though, I don’t only specialise in Rehab I really enjoy working with everybody regardless of your fitness history. You could be new to the gym or returning from a long phase without any exercise at all. I really do love coaching and I’m sure you’ll notice that during our sessions. It’s my mission to help you whatever your goal!!!
Something you don’t know about me:
I’ve loved the Martial Arts since I was 6 years old and have competed nationally and internationally in I.T.F Taekwondo, Wudang TaiChi-Chuan, SanShou (Chinese Kickboxing), Boxing and more recently Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
