Feel Fit Gym – Terms & Conditions

1. Health & Safety Disclaimer

·        By using the facilities, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in exercise. You accept full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or health complications that may arise. If you are pregnant, fasting, or have underlying conditions such as epilepsy, high blood pressure, or heart failure, please consult a doctor before using the facilities.

·        In the event of an emergency, you authorise any licensed medical personnel to carry out necessary treatment. You acknowledge that your attendance or performance at the gym may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.

·        It is your responsibility to inform the gym in writing of any changes to your health status.

2. Membership

·        2.1. Membership begins on your selected start date.

·        2.2. An initial pro-rata payment is required before your first Direct Debit payment.

·        2.3. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

·        2.4. If any errors occur in membership payments due to Harlands Resamania UK or Grand Gyms Ltd, they will be rectified and refunded accordingly.

·        2.5. All upfront membership payments are non-refundable, including for non-use of the facilities.

3. Fees

·        3.1. Monthly fees are based on your selected membership package.

·        3.2. Direct Debits are collected on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, in which case payment will be collected on the next working day.

·        3.3. Any changes to monthly fees will be communicated via email with 14 days’ notice.

·        3.4. Fees are payable whether or not you use the gym. Membership freezes are available for £5/month.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

·        4.1. Membership cannot be cancelled before the agreed contract length and the final full monthly payment has been made.

·        4.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your next payment date. Email: feelfitgym@servicetsg.com

·        4.3. Memberships on a freeze (suspension) status cannot be cancelled without one final full monthly payment. If a cancellation is requested during a freeze period, the next scheduled full membership fee will become immediately due as a final payment.

5. Limited Right to Cancel

·        During your minimum term, you may cancel only if:

·        5.1. We fail to maintain the standard of service reasonably expected.

·        5.2. Operating hours are changed unreasonably.

·        5.3. You develop a medical condition preventing ongoing use (written proof required).

·        5.4. You lose employment and cannot keep up repayments (proof required). We may offer a two-month payment suspension and review thereafter.

6. Gym & Spa Rules

·        6.1. You must follow gym and spa rules, which form part of this agreement.

·        6.2. Rules may change with notice posted on-site.

7. Amendments to Agreement

·        7.1. We reserve the right to change these terms. Members will be given 14 days’ notice via email.

8. Facilities

·        8.1. You may use the facilities included in your membership category.

·        8.2. Additional facilities or services may incur extra charges.

·        8.3. Opening hours may vary on public holidays or for special events. No refunds will be issued for closures.

·        8.4. Facilities may close for maintenance or improvement with advance notice where possible.

·        8.5. Membership does not guarantee access or priority.

·        8.6. Class schedules and facilities may change at management’s discretion.

9. Waiver of Liability

·        9.1. Use of the facilities, including steam and sauna areas, is at your own risk.

·        9.2. You release Grand Gyms Ltd, its staff, and affiliates from liability related to personal injury, damage, or loss.

·        9.3. You are liable for any damage caused to the facility due to misuse.

10. Membership Access

·        10.1. Members must scan in using their fob or QR code.

·        10.3. All members must have a photo taken for ID purposes.

·        10.4. Lost fobs incur an £8 replacement fee.

·        10.5. Sharing your fob or QR code with another person will result in a £15 charge per instance, billed to your account. Continued misuse may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

11. Junior Members

·        11.1. Members aged 14–15 may only access the gym (excluding free weights) during staffed hours and under parent/guardian supervision.

·        11.2. Junior members under 16 require a signed agreement from a parent or guardian.

·        11.3. At age 16, junior members will be upgraded to an adult membership.

12. Direct Debit Payments

·        12.1. Harlands Resamania UK will collect monthly payments in advance.

·        12.2. Payments are collected on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, in which case payment will be taken on the next working day.

·        12.3. Late payments incur a £5 fee. After three missed payments, this increases to £10.

·        12.4. Unpaid accounts over 30 days may be passed to a third-party collection agency, and any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

13. Conduct and Compliance

·        13.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without notice if a member behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or in breach of this agreement.

·        13.2. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
