PRIVATE SESSIONS

Organise for one of our coaches to come to your place of work or school; or for your sports team to come to us for a bespoke fitness session. Whether you would like a stretch and back care session for your office staff or an Indoor cycling class for your sports team, we will work with you to deliver what you need.

YOGA RETREATS

We aim to run a yoga retreat each season/quarter. The retreats are open to members and non members and is a full day of Yoga, Meditation and delicious food. Theme depending we have a go at alternative practices such as sound chanting and Kirtan for an all round
relaxing experience!

Our yoga retreats are run with Yoga teacher and body positive activist Becky Varey! With delicious food supplied by Naturally sweet Oxford.
