Appropriate footwear must be worn in the gym. Flip flops, sliders and crocs are not allowed. If you remove your trainers when using the platforms please ensure you are wearing socks and that you put your shoes back on to walk around the gym.
Please help keep the gym tidy by putting equipment back in its place after use
Please ensure any chewing gum, tissues and rubbish is put in the bin
Member’s must clean their equipment before and after use by using the cleaning equipment provided. Please do not bring your own wipes or sprays
No rucksacks or large bags are allowed on the gym floor. Where possible we ask for your belongings to be left in the lockers
Any behaviour deemed aggressive, abusive, intimidating, anti social or threatening will result in the immediate termination of your membership
Feel Fit Gym is a place for everyone to feel welcome, please respect the facilities, the equipment, other members and the staff
Please shower before entering the Sauna or Steam Room.
Be aware of how much space you take up. If someone new comes in, make sure there’s enough room for everyone.
No Nudity – Clean swimwear must be always worn. Your underwear is a no-no!
For hygiene reasons, please take a towel into the sauna with you. This will protect your body from the heated surface and the bench is protected from your sweat.
The spa area is not a bathroom. You should not use the area to brush your teeth, shave or wash your hair.
Keep the doors closed at all times.
No electronic devices – these won’t do well in the heat and humidity!
Saunas are meant to be a relaxing environment. Please be quiet and considerate of others.
We expect people to spend no more than 30 minutes in the area. This is to ensure everyone can access the area. The space is not for a spa day
‘Don’t work out in the spa area. (Yes, we know this may be an obvious one, but it’s not the place to stretch or get some squats in!)
No oils, lotions, gels, soaps or razors are allowed in this area.
No bags or footwear allowed in this area.
Do not leave any items unattended in the sauna.
The hooks are to be used only for your towels.
No seating on the step is allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you are found abusing these rules.
