Class Introduction
Boxing is one of the most effective and empowering forms of fitness and self-defence. Whether you are stepping into the ring for the first time or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, our classes focus on mastering footwork, timing, and precision while improving strength, endurance, and mental resilience. Fundamentals & technique
Our fundamentals classes build the foundation of great boxing stance, balance, movement, and punch mechanics. You will learn how to throw crisp jabs, powerful crosses, and combinations with proper form and control. We place a strong focus on defensive skills like slipping, parrying, and footwork, ensuring you not only attack effectively but also protect yourself smartly.
Fitness & conditioning
Boxing is a total body workout that develops explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, and coordination. Through pad work, bag drills, and bodyweight exercises, you will burn calories, build lean muscle, and push your limits. Every session is designed to improve fitness and stamina while keeping training engaging, varied, and full of energy.
Sparring & strategy development
For those ready to take their boxing further, controlled sparring sessions help you apply skills under real conditions. You will learn ring awareness, distance control, and tactical thinking while gaining confidence and composure. Our coaches guide every round, ensuring safety, learning, and progression at your own pace.
